After duplication, how many times the RED LED flashes?
  1. 2 times: the original remote control transmits a fixed code that, most probably, has been duplicated successfully
  2. 4 times: the original remote control tranmits a rolling code, that most probably can NOT be copied
  3. 8 times: the battery voltage is too much low, and for security reasons the remote control do NOT save the information into its memory: change the battery on the duplicator and repeat programming.

What is the frequency of the original remote control?
  1. between 26 MHz and 40 MHz: cannot be duplicated by our devices
  2. between 286 and 418 MHz: most probably it can be duplicated by Creasol Multi and MultiST: check later
  3. 433.92 MHz: may be duplicated by Creasol Multi, MultiST and Four: check later
  4. 868.3 or 868.35 MHz: may be duplicated by Creasol Multi and MultiST : check later

If the transmission frequency of the original remote control is one of the frequency listed in the table, it's possible to try the following procedure that let MULTI receiving only at the specified frequency, instead of scanning all the supported frequencies:
  1. Press together buttons 1+2, until LED becomes solid green
  2. Release all buttons
  3. Press N times the button where you wish to duplicate the original code, where N correspond with the desired frequency (see table): every time you press the button, RED led lights to help you counting N times
  4. Then, the remote control starts to receive exactly in the selected frequency: press the button on the original transmitter to copy  the transmitted code on Multi or MultiST.

Multi does not work. Pressing any button, LEDs do not light
Maybe the battery is flat: open the remote control case (using a screwdriver), then remove the battery, press any button, insert a new battery.
Press again one button to check that LED red flashes (remote control transmits)

Pressing any button, LED starts RED and becomes steady-GREEN shortly
While pressing a button to transmit, if the LED become steady GREEN, it means that battery is flat and must be replaced

Pressing any button, LED blinks RED and GREEN alternatively
This mean that battery is almost flat. Please note that battery status depends by temperature, so at higher temperatures battery works much better. Also, sometimes the remote control does not transmit at all, but pushing the button again it starts transmitting correctly: this is an algorithm intended to notify the user about the status of battery, so when you see that sometimes the remote control does not transmit, look at the LEDs to see the status of battery!

Pressing the button, RED LED flashes correctly, but it does not activate the automation (gate, garage door, ...)
Try from a shorter distance from the receiver. Consider that normally MULTI performs lower range than original remote controls, because it is not optimized for a single frequency. Try with the original remote control, to check that the receiver works correctly. Try to duplicate another time the original remote control on MULTI: maybe that someone has programmed another code on that button

FRANCAISE
